1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

These Terms and Conditions govern access to the CoolTechSupply website and purchases made through the store.

By visiting the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and any product-specific conditions displayed before purchase.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the website or place an order.

1. STORE INFORMATION

1. ELIGIBILITY TO USE THE STORE

Customers must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding purchase agreement.

Customers purchasing on behalf of a company represent that they are authorized to place orders and accept these terms for that company.

Certain products are restricted to qualified technicians, businesses employing qualified technicians or authorized resellers.

1. REFRIGERANT SALES RESTRICTIONS

Federal law restricts the sale of many refrigerants contained in cylinders, cans and drums.

Depending on the refrigerant and its intended application, purchasers may be required to provide valid EPA Section 608 or Section 609 technician certification.

A business purchasing refrigerant may be required to provide evidence that it employs at least one appropriately certified technician and that the person placing the order is authorized to act for that business.

Purchasers acquiring refrigerant for resale may be required to submit a signed resale statement and additional business information.

Section 609 certification does not authorize the purchase of refrigerants intended for stationary air-conditioning or refrigeration equipment.

Limited exceptions may apply to certain small self-sealing containers intended for motor-vehicle air-conditioning systems.

1. CERTIFICATION VERIFICATION

CoolTechSupply may request:

A copy of the purchaser’s technician certification

The certified technician’s name

Employer or business information

Proof that the purchaser is an authorized representative

A signed refrigerant resale statement

Other documentation reasonably required for legal compliance

An order may be held, declined or cancelled if the required documentation is missing, expired, inconsistent or cannot be verified.

By submitting certification documents, the purchaser confirms that the information is authentic, accurate and legally obtained.

1. RECORDKEEPING

CoolTechSupply may retain refrigerant-sale invoices, purchaser information, certification documentation and resale records for the period required by law.

Required records may include the purchaser’s name, transaction date, refrigerant type, quantity purchased and documentation establishing eligibility.

Information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

1. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

By purchasing refrigerant or regulated equipment, the customer represents that:

The purchase and intended use are lawful.

Any required technician certification is valid.

The selected refrigerant is appropriate for the intended system.

The refrigerant will be handled only by qualified persons.

The refrigerant will not be intentionally released into the atmosphere.

The product will not be transferred or resold to an ineligible recipient.

All federal, state and local requirements will be followed.

Customers must not use another person’s certification without authorization or submit altered, fraudulent or misleading documentation.

1. PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY

Customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility before ordering.

Air-conditioning parts may differ by manufacturer, model, serial number, voltage, refrigerant type, capacity, connector, dimensions and system configuration.

Photographs alone should not be used to determine compatibility. Customers should compare the complete part number and technical specifications or consult a qualified HVAC professional.

CoolTechSupply is not responsible for incompatibility caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

1. PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION

Refrigerants, electrical components and air-conditioning repair parts can cause property damage, injury, fire, electric shock, equipment failure or environmental harm when handled incorrectly.

Installation, charging, recovery, repair and disposal should be performed by a trained or licensed HVAC technician whenever required by law or the product instructions.

Information provided through the website or customer support does not replace professional inspection, diagnosis or installation.

1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

CoolTechSupply makes reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs and compatibility information.

Manufacturers may change packaging, labeling, appearance or specifications without notice. Product images are illustrative and may not show minor manufacturing or packaging updates.

If an error affects an order, CoolTechSupply may contact the customer to approve a correction or cancel the affected item and issue an appropriate refund.

1. PRICES AND TAXES

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions and availability may change without advance notice. The price charged is the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Customers are responsible for applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, hazardous-material fees and other charges disclosed during checkout.

1. PAYMENT

Customers must provide current, complete and accurate payment and billing information.

By submitting payment information, the customer represents that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

CoolTechSupply may use third-party payment processors. We may decline or cancel a transaction that appears unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.

1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not guarantee acceptance.

An order is accepted after payment, inventory, destination eligibility and any required certification have been verified.

CoolTechSupply may limit quantities or reject an order because of:

Product unavailability

Incorrect pricing or product information

Payment problems

Certification requirements

Shipping restrictions

Suspected fraud or misuse

Legal or regulatory restrictions

If a declined order has already been charged, an appropriate refund will be issued.

1. SHIPPING

Orders are subject to the CoolTechSupply Shipping Policy.

Regulated refrigerant cylinders may be shipped only by approved hazardous-material ground services. These products cannot be sent by air, ordinary mail or to an address that the carrier cannot legally serve.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier restrictions, weather, emergencies and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are governed by the CoolTechSupply Return and Refund Policy.

Opened, connected, discharged, partially used or tampered refrigerant cylinders are not returnable.

Customers must not independently ship a refrigerant cylinder back to CoolTechSupply. Written authorization and approved hazardous-material return instructions are required.

Installed, powered, contaminated, modified or damaged repair parts may also be ineligible for return.

1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers should contact CoolTechSupply immediately to request cancellation.

Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing begins. An order cannot normally be cancelled, rerouted or recalled after an approved hazardous-material carrier accepts it.

CoolTechSupply may cancel an order if required certification or delivery eligibility cannot be confirmed.

1. WARRANTIES

Products may be covered by a written manufacturer warranty. The applicable manufacturer determines the duration, coverage, exclusions and claim procedure.

CoolTechSupply does not provide an additional warranty unless one is expressly stated in writing for a specific product.

Warranty coverage may be denied by the manufacturer for improper installation, misuse, contamination, incorrect voltage, incompatible refrigerant, unauthorized modification or failure to follow instructions.

Nothing in these terms limits warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

1. WEBSITE ACCOUNTS

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity conducted through their accounts.

Notify CoolTechSupply immediately if unauthorized account activity is suspected.

We may suspend an account used for fraud, unlawful refrigerant purchases, misuse of certification documents or interference with website security.

1. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users may not:

Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Provide false customer, payment or certification information.

Purchase regulated refrigerant for an ineligible person.

Attempt to bypass order limits or verification requirements.

Interfere with website security or operation.

Upload malicious code.

Copy or commercially exploit website content without authorization.

Use automated systems to extract website data without permission.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The CoolTechSupply name, website design, original text, graphics and other original materials are owned by or licensed to CoolTechSupply.

Content may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, republished or commercially used without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Manufacturer names, product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The website may contain links to or integrations with payment processors, shipping carriers, manufacturers and other independent services.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. CoolTechSupply is not responsible for third-party content, availability or security.

1. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from technical errors.

Access may be temporarily restricted for maintenance, security, updates or circumstances outside our control.

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoolTechSupply will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses resulting from website use, product incompatibility, improper installation or unauthorized handling of regulated materials.

CoolTechSupply’s liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including any mandatory consumer rights.

1. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

CoolTechSupply is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier interruptions, supply shortages, government restrictions, labor disruptions, emergencies or transportation limitations.

1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without limiting any mandatory rights available to consumers.

1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. The unenforceable provision will be interpreted as closely as legally permitted to its original purpose.

1. NO WAIVER

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

CoolTechSupply may update these Terms and Conditions when its products, business practices or legal obligations change.

The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
